  1. Oh, dear, a friend sent me that and I must have played it a dozen times. In fact I saved it so I can keep playing it. Good one!

  3. Ahh, that’s a mere 1/3 of our morning routine (3 cats here)! 🙂

  4. I was really laughing while watching this. Ours would lay across our heads and lick our faces in the middle of the night so we had to shut them out. That is just so cute!

  5. @ threecollie – I just loved this and think it’s soo cute! thanks
    @ marg – wasn’t it funny?
@ adam – how do they run the house, but they do!
@ erie – my phoebe use to try laying on my head! They do run the house!

  6. Wow that was funny! 🙂

Replace said cats with large, 65 lb Doberman. Best alarm clock money can buy 🙂

  7. Grace

One of mine busted my alarm clock–wanted job security, I guess.

  8. OMG Tom, this is too funny!!! I ROFL when the cat snapped his skin and beat him with a bat! And you have that times two. I’m feeling for you!

  10. Hi Mon@rch, I’ll second what Pam says….I loved that little movie! Thankfully my cat is much more laid back.

  11. That was hilarious! My two cats do the same thing. No such thing as sleeping in for me =(

  12. Love it! It’s an amalgam of my two cats – one is the meow-er, the other is the nester and face-toucher.
Thanks for sharing and Happy Halloween.

  13. What!? Only 2 cats, Tom? Try 4 of them! But, truthfully, only two of them are my alarm clocks – the other two wait for the obnoxious ones to do the job. That cartoon was hilarious. I’m gonna send it on to my daughter who will also think it’s a gut buster. Thanks for sharing it with us cat lovers.

  14. @ Birdfreak – Doberman, sounds fun for sure!
@ Grace – easier to get you up that way!
@ Pam – I am still laughing about it! thanks
@ Veery – thanks and happy Halloween to you also!
@ Ruthie – I have to keep my doors closed but they attack me when I am down stairs like this!
@ Rondi – so glad you enjoyed this!
@ Zen – I have the poker also!
@ Mary – lol 4 , rofl!! Glad you enjoyed it!

  15. Thanks for posting this, tom. We had a very good laugh watching it. Our cat never resorts to the bat, but he does raise his voice to a yowl when he thinks we haven’t heard him. I have often wondered, while cleaning his litter box, which one of us is more evolved.

LOL That was so funny… I don’t think that your cats are mean enough to hit you with a bat! (if the could even do it at all) =)

  17. Never been a cat person, but I used to have a huskie in the house who would pull my blanket off our bed at 6:00 am sharp every morning 🙂

  18. That is hilarious! Our cat resorts to knocking objects off our dresser if we don’t get up to obey its command but they’ll do all sorts of stuff to get our attention.

  19. @ robin – that is soo funny and cats are great!!
@ Birdbander – they always run and hide when you are at the house! You should see them when they are really hungry!
@ Bernie – They know when they are hungry!
@ Larry – thanks and it works right?

  20. Brilliant — Obviously produced by an astute victim, er I mean observer, of feline behavior. (The cat runs the place here, too.)

  21. @ Bobbie – think this is true with anyone’s pets! Thanks

  22. This is too cute, and tooo true! We have 2 cats–one JUST like that one. She sleeps ON me all night, repeatedly reaching out and touching my face all through the night.
Some mornings I wake up and there’ll be a little scratch, but she’s mostly gentle. Just needs to know I’m still there I guess.

  23. that was great. ~nita~
