Been using my newer trail camera out behind the house this fall. The question is always . . . . “do the deer see the camera” . . . . without a doubt they do and I am sure many deer are camera shy!! Will not upload every video I capture but from time to time I will let people see the good ones!!!

I am a naturalist, field biologist and nature photographer from the Western New York area. I have started exploring nature writing through this blog and it truly has been fun sharing my numerous adventures with everyone. I have always had a latent interest in birds and photography and have been lucky enough to find time to explore these interests over the last few years. hey Mon@rch~ i just found your blog today and wanted to stop by and say hello. your video isn’t working here at your blog but i was able to click through to your flickr account to see it. how cool the deer was able to spot the camera, 🙂 i could see steam rolling from its nose. they are so curious, aren’t they? hope you can get your video working on your blog as i’m sure others will enjoy seeing it. have a great day.
