Summer Insects [videos]
Birdclub meeting this evening and not sure when I will be posting again! (edit: decided not to go at the last second! It’s snowing and the roads are not that good. Looks like a Netflix and catch up with LOST that I missed last night) So, here are a few videos that I would like to share with everyone! So, put your feet up . . . its Friday!

You made me dream of summer, Tom, while I’m sitting here wearing a coat. You have snow again??!!???!

For some reason I hate to put the words “insect” and ‘Butterfly’ together. It just doesn’t seem right. Your videos show why. They go from the sublime (butterflies) to the ridiclous (ants and aphids). I am glad you stayed home safe and sound. Have a nice weekend anyway.
P.s. May I ask how you put a line through a sentence like that? Can you tell me or direct me to instructions on how to do that magical task?

Enjoy your weekend Tom.
Our bird club meeting was tonight also.

I’m glad you didn’t take chances. Slick roads are so dangerous. The Black Swallowtail butterfly is just so pretty. Lost is getting me lost. So many flashbacks and forwards. We have to wait so long for the answers to this series. Pretty nice to be able to watch missed episodes on ABC.com any time you want.

I love these – your swallowtail is simply wonderful. Boy, I’d love to frolick like that again but alas – you can’t do that on three inches of ice. Thanks for sharing a bit of summer with us!

Watching the Black Swallowtail did make me long for Spring! It will come in due time. Glad you stayed home and relaxed. The stress of icy roads is never worth getting out for me.
Thanks for the memories….

Splendid and marvelous. I’d never looked at the detail of color on the wings of the swallowtail. Thanks for sharing these.

@ Nita – thanks
@ Mary – wearing a coat? Always snow this time of the year!
@ Lisa – Thanks and wasn’t as bad as I first expected! I probably should have gone! To put a line you use the code strike and then use the arrow after it. Where you want it to stop you do the same thing but don’t forget the / mark before the word strike!
like this!! Email me if you need the code better explained!@ Tom – thanks and you know insects are out during the winter months!
@ Toni- thanks and hope you had a good meeting! How did your reception go?
@ Linda – I probably should have gone! O well! Isn’t Lost good this season! I love how they are able to make the show so different but still be the same show! It’s getting very exciting!
@ aullori – thanks and our lakes have about 6 inches of ice on it! Ugg, will be a while before it melts! Summer memories are great this time of the year for sure!
@ Pam – thanks and glad you enjoyed them!
@ Lana – thanks and will try!
@ Sherry – didn’t it! I love the background sounds! Thanks
@ Caroline – thanks and I took those many years ago! Glad I only have a few more older clips that I can upload! Will post them soon!
