At the Lean-To
I tried posting a picture on flickr but wasn’t successful! So, I wanted to give a whats-up post via my cell phone to see if i can get it working! I am very happy having cellphone reception as we are watching the weather moving in tonight via radar! Ugg! Well, taking a ton of pictures and we have a Barred Owl vocalizing as I am trying to type on this tiny phone! I am off to bed an will post again once I get home!
EDIT: this is the photo that I wanted to upload to flickr!! Not sure why it didn’t work but ended up having send it to my email, then I could upload it!

Wow Tom!! You did great on posting from the cell phone!! I have no patience for typing on the tiny cellphone keypad!
I hope the weather wasn’t too bad for you last night. I got woken up by thunder and lightening at 11 PM here.

Hmmm, okay, now I’m going to have to test the Flickr-cellphone capability. I’ve sent photos to my yahoo email before.

It is impressive to be able to post from a cell phone, even with the obvious glitch! You’ve got some deleting to do when you get home. Still looking forward to a pic of the lean-to.

@ Cathy – I thought I was until I couldn’t get the flickr posting thing to happen! Hmm, I will have to go into the support forums to figure out what I did wrong! I have gotten it to work before!
@ Pam – thanks and I had lots of time typing! Believe it or not but we didn’t get rained on at all!! But we currently have Severe Thunderstorm warnings being posted.
@ Barb – Tell me about it and then I even had to go back and edit a few things! I so missed my keyboard!
@ Mary – I wanted to do the picture/blog post but was having flickr problems! Grrr Then you guys would have really been proud of me!
@ Robin – I so wish I could have done the picture/post for you!! What’s up with the 10 postings?? I had no way of checking the blog after posting it and didn’t notice until I got home! Will improve next time! YEAH to Cell Phone Reception!

@ Trixie – lol . . . with all my problems, I think I might need a new cellphone! Just then maybe I will not have as many problems!
@ Marg – isn’t easy but just takes time! I wasn’t sleeping, so I figured I should give it a try! You know , I should be able to post a picture to flickr and then from the cell phone post that picture with text on the blog! But had to go through wordpress’s cell phone feature!

Oh my blogging from your cell phone how cool. Now if only I had a cell phone with me back when Don used to take me backpacking I might have felt more comfortable. Don’t know why.

Nice shot – particularly for a cell phone camera. I’ve never tried the flickr via email thing. I might have to give that a go one of these days.
