Happy Kids
Tom has the camera again!
Having some satellite internet problems this evening and been with tech support for the past hour! I thought instead of doing anything nature related (because I can’t upload the pictures I took today) that I would just post some cute pictures of my nephews that I took on Sunday. Did I mention how much Hughes Network sucks? They want me to pay my bill on time but when I am getting 24kbps download and 14kbps upload . . . . I have to do speed test for 3 to 4 days because they can do anything for me! Hello . . . I did those speed tests back in February . . . still having the same problems! Dial-up was slow but at least it was reliable! Ok, enough venting and will try my best to catch up on everyone’s sites (if I can get them to load).
Watching Popeye!!
He’s due for a haircut, but still cute!
Who knows what this smart little guy is thinking!

Cute kids.

Tom, they are so adorable. The little boy with lolipop (or sucker – we called them suckers in MD) is precious!
I sympathize with your internet situation. You might remember I’ve had my share of hair-raising moments and WEEKS!
Hang in there.

You didn’t stray from nature at all when you took these adorable shots!

Sorry to hear about your internet woes. I hope the speed problems are resolved quickly. You have very cute nephews.

Your nephews are so cute! They look like future naturalists!

Ain’t technology grand? I do verbally abuse my super slow dialup connection, but at least I’m getting what I’m paying for — most of the time. Hang in there, Tom.

Just look at those eyes! Adorable.

Don’t you just love that blond hair that only little kids have!
Hope you get your ISP problems solved soon.

What cuties!!
Yeah I only got to see that video by coming home ;D
Best of luck on your internet woes

Can you get Verizon FIOS up in your area? We have it, and love it – 20Mbps download, and about 15Mbps upload…

Ouch, anything measured in kbps is too darned slow! Love the shot of your nephew watching the portable DVD player.

They are sooo cute!!
Internet problems are annoying, if it’s not your conection is (in my case) the blogger site, or some other thing…
But at the end, Internet brings me closer to beauty in nature, as I learn and watch them in blogs like yours 😉

Awwww…Sweet kids! 🙂
My sympathies on the satellite connection. *hugs* If it’s any consolation, WildBlue sucks even worse (1 satellite vs. HughesNet’s 9.) Fortunately BellSouth DSL will be available in our area this coming August. I can hardly wait!

@ Lisa – Thanks
@ Mary – thanks and more frustration.
@ Pinar – Thanks
@ Robin – ugg, and its only been 5 months that I have been having this problem! Some days are better more than others!
@ Linda – Thanks and depends if their parents let them!
@ Marvin – Sure is and sometimes I wonder if I made the wrong choice from dial up!
@ Jayne – Thanks
@ Rurality – I don’t think they will . . . but I am hopeful!
@ Marg – Thanks and you have seen how slow it can be! Last night was twice as slow!
@ Marty – We don’t have Verizon for local service and windstream will not take DSL over the river (guess we don’t have enough customers, one disadvantage of living in a population of 26). It’s Dial-up or Satellite!
@ Adam – and kbps in the teens! Ugg
@ Mel – thanks and for sure it is sharing the satellites with other users during peak times!
@ Lana – Thanks and I have heard WildBLue isn’t as good! I don’t think I will ever have the DSL option! Just not enough users where I live!

Sorry to hear about your internet problems, Mon@rch. I sometimes wonder if I’m too dependent on my computer and high-speed connection through Qwest, but I know I’d miss visiting my blogging friends and being able to “google.”

Awww…they are so cute! Sympathizing with your internet problems…so frustrating!

They are soooo cute and getting so big!! Makes you want to have some of your own, doesn’t it, hmmm? D)
Stupid ISP, I hope it gets fixed, SOON!

What a couple of adorable kiddos. (Now in all fairness to mom – I never cut my kids hair until they were at least three – that first haircut really had to count & not terrify the poor guy!) Great shots.
